For every shift, students and faculty alike head to the ITS helpdesk in search of help, and I do my best to provide the support they need.

After graduating from college I utilized my extensive foodservice experience to secure a job as a barista where I continued to help out my coworkers by informing them on recent developments within the workplace and any changes to common practices.

Student Manager
While working in a small team of other student managers, I contribute twoard the structuring of the work schedule for every school term, the training of student workers, as well as assisting the professional staff with their daily tasks.
